Please get in touch if you are not satisfied with your order or if there is a fault with your product.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Cancellations: Cancellations are allowed until the order has been shipped. If you wish to cancel after an order ships, you are responsible for the cost of returning.
14-day right of withdrawal — Customer can return or cancel without giving a reason. If the item has been dispatched, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning. Please email us at omggalway@gmail.com to arrange cancellation.
Refund will be issued within 14 days of cancellation. Refunds generally arrive back to you in 2 to 3 working days.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
