Shipping policy

Tracked Shipping on orders to Ireland is a flat €4.99

and is paid by the customer at time of purchase.

SHIPPING OVER €75 IS FREE (YOU MUST SELECT THE "FREE SHIPPING OPTION AT CHECKOUT - Only Available in Ireland)

UK SHIPPING IMPORTANT NOTICE - Shipping to the United Kingdom may be subject to further customs charges and is payable by the customer to their local authority. We do not bear any responsibility for customs charges. Additionally, shipments to the USA may be subject to Tariffs.

*Large Items like Record Players can't ship outside Ireland. Any orders will be cancelled and refunded.

Packages in Ireland are generally delivered within 2-3 working days but please allow for extra time during December due to increased volume.  International deliveries will take 10 - 14 days or longer due to issues out of our control. Also, as our stock inventory is also sold in our physical store, there may be occasions where we sell out of an item before the website updates. We will contact you in such an event.

*Please note some preorders come directly from Korea so will say *(May Ship Later). These items generally ship within 2-3 weeks of the release date.

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT SHIP TO THE USA UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. 

This is due to the large cost of shipping outside Ireland and extra customs charges outside of our control to non EU countries.

Click & Collect is available for FREE from our store in Zhivago Gifts, 5 Shop Street, Galway during Business Hours (09.30am to 6pm). Items are generally available for collection within a few hours and will be held for you until you are ready to collect.

We currently don't offer shipping to England, Wales or Scotland.

*Please note: Large electrical orders cannot be shipped abroad and orders will be cancelled and refunded.

T-Shirts: Our shirts come from different sources so are not all the same brand. Most are Gildan but some are Fruit Of The Loom and other brands.

If you purchase an item meant for shipping and select the Click and Collect option, please get in touch and we will cancel your order and arrange a refund for you.

Purchases are not complete until an order has dispatched and pricing errors will not be honoured. In this instance, we will contact you and inform you.
